No a nadar, pero a flotar


The french photographer, caricaturist, journalist, novelist and balloonist Nadar is often credited for taking the world's first aerial photograph. Unfortunately, this image hasn't been able to stand the test of time and we don't even know what it looks like. Here is the world's oldest surviving aerial photograph taken in 1860 over Boston by James Wallace Black (also by balloon).
